Max has been designed to help all kids improve their fitness, improve their athleticism, and have fun. If you are between 8 and 18 years old, athletic or non-athletic, fit or unfit, male or female, we are here for you. At Max you will work in small groups with other kids your age and you will be trained by one of our highly educated, experienced, enthusiastic, motivating and fun-loving professional trainers. You will train at an intensity level that is just right for you. It will be challenging but you will be able to do it. You will not be competing with anyone but yourself — for yourself — to do your best!
